Return Policy!

Thank you for visiting Sofia Elisa Boutique!

 All orders will be shipped within 5-8 business days after they are purchased.

Here is our return policy: 

• Returns are to be paid by customer, when an item is returned the customer will only receive online store credit for the items they have returned
• Items must not appear stained (including deodorant marks), torn, worn, or any other type of damage in order to receive store credit. 
• Customers have 10 days upon receiving the item to return for store credit
• We do not issue cash (or debit/credit card) refunds, just store credit due to being a small business!
• Store credit will be received via email within 10 days of the return
• Items must be returned with item tag
